Q: I've got a list of links, how do I download files?

A: In order to make all your downloads successful, we suggest you use a download manager (Go!Zilla, GetRight, ReGet, etc.) to reliably download the desired MP3 compositions.

Q: When I start playing a http-based file with WinAmp, it displays the file address as:

c:\progra~1\winamp\http://your.music.server/path/to/file/file.mp3

...or something of that kind. What's the matter?

A: This is a WinAmp bug, that is fixed in versions 2.7 and later.
It shows up only if WinAmp is already started, i.e. it will work properly when you run the program for the first time. We recommend that you download the latest version of WinAmp where this problem is fixed.

Q: How do I uninstall MP3 Pathfinder?

A: To use the uninstall utility, locate the MP3 Pathfinder folder in the Windows Start menu and select "Uninstall MP3 Pathfinder". You can also uninstall the program using the "Add/Remove Programs" function in the Windows Control Panel. Or you can access the Add/Remove function in the Program Files window.

Q: Can I receive technical support?

A: MP3 Pathfinder is a freeware product, no technical support is available.
