Sales Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does the "up to XXXX links" limit mean?

A: Here are some examples. An "up to 3000 links" limit means that you will be able to check up to 3000 unique links during one session. The link counter in the "Website Verification Process" window will not exceed the value of 3000. When this licensed version limit is exceeded, any remaining links will not be verified. In the unlicensed evaluation version, there is a limit on link checking of 500. Once this number is reached there will be no further verification or processing of the remaining links.

Q: Is there an expiry date of the software?

A: The registration key you purchase does not expire. You can continue to use the version you have purchased for as long as you wish.

Q: Do I need to renew my registration every year?

A: No, but you can purchase an upgrade to the latest version at a discount of 60%. The upgrade will entitle you to free upgrades for a further year. If you don't want to purchase an upgrade, you can use the program forever; it will never expire, but you won't be able to use the latest version.

Q: How much should I pay for the upgrade from Basic to Standard license?

A: The upgrade cost is the difference between your current license and the new one. If you have already purchased Web Link Validator and would like to purchase an upgrade, please fill out the upgrade request form.

Q: Do you offer a discount for non-profit and academic institutions?

A: Yes, we offer a discount for both non-profit and academic institutions. Please contact us for more information.
